Dr Liu: PhD UCL

I have over 5 years teaching experience in schools as well as private tuition. I have taught students age from 5 year old to 20 plus covering from primary school to post graduate level. My experience has included working with students who are both native English speaker and have English as a second language.

I've worked a legal researcher in both government organisations and non-government organisations and lectures in university with publications in law. I also wrote text books on European Law for German universities. In the recent years, I've been focusing on 7+and 11+entrance tutorials.

I taught essay writing in universities anf have tutored young learners. I treat each student as unique individual with his/her own strengths in writing. I believe writing is a technique which can be taught and can be learned, even with the very reluctant reader.

Ms Zheng : MSc in Finance ,University of London

Ms. Zheng is passionate about finance, especially corporate finance, and currently works as a trainee teacher in the Business and Finance department of a local college. She teaches courses on Business Awareness and Uses Spreadsheet Techniques to Provide Management Accounting Information.

Alongside her teaching, Ms. Zheng dedicates herself to caring for young people, particularly SEND children. She believes that many children have untapped potential in learning mathematics but often struggle due to a fear of the subject. Her goal is to help children learn math in a fun and engaging way while fostering a genuine love for the subject.

Ms. Zheng recognizes the importance of the 11+ exam for entry into academy schools, but she believes that teaching children the techniques and methods of thinking goes beyond exam preparation and benefits them in the long run.
